SOME INFORMATION ABOUT ME

Coaching as a basic attitude

It's me :-)

Accompany people, create clarity, enable growth.

Over many years in various industries and leadership roles, I've been able to accompany people in a wide variety of situations—through changes, successes, and even challenging moments. It became clear to me:

“The greatest challenges rarely lie in processes or structures, but in what they mean for each individual.”

My path to coaching

Coaching has always been a part of my journey – long before I called it that.

Whether in conversations with colleagues, in change projects, or in personal phases of reorientation – the desire to support people has been a constant thread throughout my life.

Today I work as a coach according to the St. Gallen Coaching Model , which combines structure and clarity with heart and mind.

My goal: to help people achieve their goals, overcome challenges with confidence, and consciously shape their personal growth.

My attitude

Empathy, honesty, directness and openness characterize my work.

I approach people with genuine interest, recognize patterns, and help create clarity.

As an engineer, computer scientist, and executive MBA, I bring analytical strength and structure—but my focus is always on people.

Energy and balance

I find strength and inspiration in nature – while diving, motorcycling or golfing.

These moments give me peace, vision, and new perspectives – as do encounters with people who inspire and enrich me.

Why choosing the right coach is crucial

Trust is the basis of any successful collaboration.

Only in an open and safe atmosphere can one work truly deeply and honestly.

You can usually tell whether the chemistry is right during the first conversation – the human factor decides whether it makes sense to go down the path together.

Clarity about roles and responsibilities

A coach is neither a doctor nor a therapist.

While the coach brings methodological competence , the solution-finding competence always lies with the client.

Coaching is about finding your own answers, broadening your perspectives and gaining inner clarity – step by step.
